Cupcake Bakeshop by Chockylit....first of all, isn't this name great? I think it's so catchy. Secondly, this beautiful Cherry Bomb with Meringue Frosting is one of the Cupcake Bakeshop's many awesome recipes. Third, and lastly, I find the word Meringue to be one of the most impossible words to spell, and if my life depended on it's proper spelling, I would wouldn't even bother trying.
